How do I create a ticket?
Fill out the form: enter a subject, choose a category and describe your issue in detail. After submitting, the ticket will appear in "My Tickets". We respond within 24 hours on business days.
How long does a response take?
Standard response time is up to 24 hours. Urgent issues (payments, account freeze) are handled with priority. For quick contact: @bumagasupport.
Can I reopen a closed ticket?
A ticket with "Resolved" status can be reopened within 72 hours — click the "Reopen" button inside the ticket. If the ticket is permanently closed — create a new one.
What should I do if there is a problem with my balance?
Create a ticket in the "Payments & Balance" category — these are handled with priority. Include: amount, transaction date and top-up method.

How many tickets can I create?
There are no limits. Create a separate ticket for each issue — this speeds up processing.
What ticket categories are available?
When creating a ticket select the appropriate category: general question, payments and balance, orders/services, technical issue, account and access, complaint/dispute. You can also specify the related service — SMS, proxy, labels, escrow, marketplace and others. This speeds up routing to the right specialist.
What is the difference between a ticket and Telegram?
A ticket is for complex issues requiring conversation history, attachments and status tracking. Telegram is for quick operational questions. For balance issues, disputes and technical failures we recommend a ticket — it is easier to track and resolve.
