Terms of Service
Rules for using the Bumaga Service platform. We've written them as plainly as possible so you can read and understand them.
1. About this document
This is an agreement between you and the Bumaga Service platform. It sets out the rules: what's allowed, what isn't, how we handle your balance, how we resolve disputes, and what happens if rules are broken.
By registering on the platform and using its services, you agree to these rules. If you don't agree — please don't use the platform.
We've done our best to write this in plain language rather than legalese. But it's still a contract: please read it carefully.
2. Who we are
The Bumaga Service platform is operated by Bumaga Intelligence Solutions Ltd., incorporated under the laws of Saint Kitts and Nevis.
Throughout these terms, "we", "us", "our", "the platform" and "Bumaga" refer to this company. "You", "your" and "user" refer to the person using the services.
3. Definitions
To avoid confusion about terminology, here's what the key words mean.
The bumagaservice.cc website and all related services, tools and pages.
An individual who has registered on the platform and uses its services.
A user's personal cabinet, accessible via login and password.
The tools and services we provide: SMS activation, proxies, Escrow deals, shipping labels, checkers and others (full list in the "What we offer" section).
A user's internal account within the personal cabinet, used to pay for services.
A deal between two users via the platform's guarantor: funds are held until the conditions are confirmed as fulfilled.
The platform team that handles decisions on disputes, blocks, escrow outcomes and refunds.
Acceptable Use Policy — a separate document describing in detail what you can and cannot do on the platform.
4. Who can use the platform
To register and use the services, you must meet the following requirements:
- You are at least 21 years old.
- You are not a resident or citizen of the Russian Federation.
- Using the platform's services does not violate the laws of the country where you are located.
- You act on your own behalf, not on behalf of third parties without their knowledge.
Ensuring you meet these requirements is your responsibility. We don't manually verify every user, but we reserve the right to request proof of age or jurisdiction and to block accounts that fail these conditions.
If you don't meet one of the requirements — please don't register on the platform.
5. Account
Access to most services requires an account. Registration is done via login and password.
5.1. Credentials security
You are responsible for keeping your login and password safe. Don't share them with third parties, use a strong password, don't store it in public places.
If you notice suspicious activity on your account — change your password immediately and contact support.
5.2. One user, one account
Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits, obtain bonuses or hide reputation is prohibited.
5.3. Accuracy of data
The data you provide during registration or in your profile must be accurate and up to date. Providing knowingly false information is grounds for account suspension.
6. What we offer
The platform brings together five categories of tools:
- Labels — shipping labels, delivery methods, tracking, courier receipts.
- Trust Center — Escrow deals, Scam List and Red Flag registries, dispute resolution.
- Services — SMS activation, calls, photo processing, client support services.
- Tools — proxies, crypto exchange, temporary mail, generators.
- Checkers — session check, IP, WebRTC, fingerprint, risk simulator.
The full and current list of services, pricing and functionality is available on the relevant pages of the platform. We may add new services, update existing ones or discontinue some — announcements about significant changes are published on the platform.
Descriptions and rules for individual services are also governed by this agreement. Where the general rules and the rules of a specific service conflict, the service-specific rules take precedence.
7. Balance & payments
7.1. Internal balance
Most services are paid from the internal balance in your personal cabinet. You top up the balance, and funds are deducted when you order services.
7.2. Top-up methods
You can top up your balance via the cryptocurrency payment methods available on the platform. The current list of methods and currencies is shown on the top-up page.
Payment system fees and blockchain network fees (gas/network fees) are paid separately and are not reimbursed by the platform.
7.3. About the internal balance
Funds credited to the internal balance are intended for paying for services within the platform.
7.4. Pricing
Prices are shown on the service pages and may change. Changes don't apply to services already paid for.
8. Refunds
Refunds to the internal balance are available in the following cases:
When a refund is available
- The service was not delivered due to a technical issue on the platform's side.
- Automatic refund when an SMS number expires without a code received.
- When proxy quality defects are identified (for example, a high fraud score).
- At the administration's individual discretion.
When a refund is not available
- The SMS code was received (even if it didn't work for your purpose).
- The proxy has been used.
- The label has been issued.
- The terms of an Escrow deal have been locked and one party has paid the commission.
- Funds credited to the balance — they are intended for paying for services within the platform.
If a refund is approved, it is credited to the internal balance — not to a crypto wallet or card.
To request a refund, contact support via the ticket system. Provide the order number, the reason and supporting evidence (where applicable).
9. Escrow deals
Escrow is a deal between two users (or between a user and a third party) via the platform's guarantor. Funds are held until the conditions are confirmed as fulfilled.
9.1. Commission
The Escrow commission is 4% of the deal amount.
Who pays the commission is determined by agreement between the parties to the deal.
9.2. Minimum commission
For standard deals, the minimum commission is $10.
For training and consultation deals, the minimum commission is $40.
9.3. Commission is non-refundable
The Escrow commission is non-refundable in the event of deal cancellation, dispute or any other outcome.
9.4. Role of administration
In case of disagreement, the administration reviews the parties' positions, requests evidence and decides on fund distribution. The administration's decision is final within the platform.
The administration is not a party to the deal and is not responsible for the quality of goods or services the parties have agreed upon.
10. Prohibited use
By using the platform, you agree not to engage in the following:
- Breaking the laws of your country, or using the services to commit crimes.
- Circumventing the platform's technical restrictions: creating multiple accounts, automating actions where not permitted, exploiting vulnerabilities.
- Misleading other users or the administration.
- Using the services to attack third parties: DDoS, phishing, spam, distributing malware.
- Passing data to minors or using the services in the interests of minors.
The complete and detailed list of prohibitions is in the Acceptable Use Policy.
11. Account suspension and blocking
We may suspend or block an account if:
- You have breached these terms or the AUP.
- You have provided inaccurate data or attempted to bypass restrictions.
- Your actions pose a threat to the security of the platform or other users.
- We have received a lawful request from authorities under applicable law.
When blocking is for serious violations, balance funds may be withheld. In unintentional or disputed cases — the decision is made by the administration individually.
If you believe the block is a mistake — open a support ticket and we will review your case.
12. Intellectual property
The platform, its design, code, logos, texts, icons and all other elements belong to us. You don't acquire any rights to them beyond the right to use the platform as intended.
Content you upload to the platform (dispute messages, listing descriptions, avatars) remains yours. But you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it for the platform to operate: show it to other users, store it, display it in the relevant interfaces.
Copying, reselling or using the platform's design and code without our written permission is prohibited.
13. Limitation of liability
The platform and its services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that all services will operate uninterrupted 24/7, that they will be error-free, or that they will be compatible with your particular use case.
We are not responsible for:
- The actions and decisions of third parties you interact with via the platform (other users, external services, payment systems).
- Consequences of using the services in your business processes or of decisions made based on them.
- Losses caused by compromise of your credentials due to your fault.
- Delays and failures caused by third-party providers: blockchain networks, internet providers, SMS aggregators, proxy suppliers.
Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim during the last 3 months.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control: natural disasters, acts of war, mass internet outages, third-party provider failures, government actions, large-scale DDoS attacks.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to restore platform operation and notify users.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update this agreement. For significant changes, we'll notify you on the platform (banner, email or personal cabinet message) at least 7 days before they take effect.
If you continue using the platform after changes take effect — you are deemed to have accepted them. If you don't agree — stop using the services.
The current version of the agreement is always available on this page. The date of last update is shown in the document header.
16. Governing law and dispute resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis.
If you have a dispute with the platform, please first try to resolve it through negotiation: open a support ticket or send us an email describing the claim. We will respond within a reasonable time (usually within 30 days).
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be subject to the courts of Saint Kitts and Nevis.
