Возврат возможен только в двух случаях: отказ от услуги до её оказания или все номера оказались нерабочими. В остальных случаях возврат не производится.
Оплата производится только в криптовалюте, после предоплаты. Реквизиты предоставляет администратор. Переводите строго на указанный адрес — перевод на неверный адрес означает потерю средств.
