What rental periods are available?
Available rental periods appear after you choose a country. The available options depend on the current supply for that destination, and the final price is shown before confirmation.
Where will incoming SMS appear?
All incoming messages appear inside the active rental in your account. The number, remaining time, and SMS are available in the My Rentals section.
Can I extend a number rental?
Yes, when renewal is available for the selected number, the number remains available from the provider, and your balance is sufficient. Renew the rental in advance.
How does auto-renewal work?
When auto-renewal is enabled, the system uses your balance to continue an eligible rental. Renewal only works when your balance is sufficient and the number remains available.
When is the payment charged?
The final price is shown before confirmation. Your balance is charged after you confirm the rental and the number is assigned.
Can I cancel a rental or receive a refund?
Once the number has been assigned, the rental cannot be cancelled or refunded. Check the selected country, period, and final price before confirmation.
What happens when the rental expires?
When the rental period ends, access to the number and new incoming messages stops. The number is released, and recovering the same number later may be impossible.
Why does number and country availability change?
Availability depends on the provider’s current supply. Countries, rental periods, and specific numbers may appear or become unavailable unless already assigned.
