Escrow Rules
How Bumaga Escrow works — guarantors, deal rules and proof requirements.
Guarantors & service bot
Only deal with these accounts. Verify the username before every deal.
A guarantor never messages you first
Anyone who contacts you first is a scammer. Verify the username against this page, not the name shown in chat. Confirm wallet details with the guarantor inside the deal chat.
Escrow Rules
Unified rules for every deal. Read them before you start working with a guarantor.
What we work with
- Any purchase or sale where trust between two parties matters
- Cryptocurrency, banking operations, goods and services
- Training, mentoring, transfer of digital materials
- Sale of accounts and digital goods
What we do not work with
- Money laundering and cash-out schemes
- Loans and lending
- CIS market
- Any deals prohibited by the service terms
Security & anti-scam
- A guarantor never messages first — whoever contacts you first is a scammer
- Verify the guarantor username against this page, not the name shown in chat
- Check usernames and wallet addresses before paying
- The deal chat is created only by an admin — with the seller and the buyer
- Never move the deal away from the guarantor or into private messages
Payment & fees
- We accept payments in cryptocurrency only
- Deals are conducted only in Telegram
- The fee is paid by the parties on top of the deal amount
- If the deal is cancelled after the deposit, the guarantor fee is non-refundable
Terms, deadlines & obligations
- Deal terms are locked before funds transfer and confirmed by both parties
- Deadlines are set in the deal chat and approved by mutual agreement
- Deadlines may be extended or shortened by mutual agreement of the parties
- Parties must notify the guarantor of any changes or force majeure
- Users who fully ignore the processes of an open deal will be banned across all our resources
Disputes & refunds
- Funds are refunded if deal terms are not met or by mutual agreement
- In a disputed situation the decision is made by the guarantor
- The guarantor may split the deal by shares (50/50, 70/30, etc.) depending on the case
- Rule violators are added to the Red Flag List
Video recording of shipping & receiving
A reference recording of shipping and receiving a parcel. Only by following this procedure can either party make legitimate claims.
What must be captured in one continuous, uncut video:
- 1 The item — its condition, name and article number.
- 2 The packing process — showing the item is securely packed for safe delivery.
- 3 Handing the parcel over at the post office and getting the receipt with the tracking number.
By providing the video, the seller confirms that this exact item was shipped under this exact tracking number.
The buyer must record a similar video when receiving and unpacking the parcel — this allows claims if there are issues with the contents.
If the order is placed directly from a store to the buyer address, the buyer must still record receipt and unpacking on video.
