LIT (lost in transit) – the parcel status will indicate that the parcel has been shipped and is in transit. A parcel with an edited label according to the LIT method appears to be a parcel whose address information cannot be determined. Any manual LIT carries a risk of being detected and delivered. Scanning eliminates this risk. For the store, this means the return has been shipped and is in transit.
FTIDv3 (fake tracking ID v3) – the parcel status will indicate that the parcel has been delivered. This is the most popular version of FTID used for return labels. A parcel with an FTIDv3 label edited can be detected and replaced with the original label. Just like any regular parcel, it can be damaged, lost, or delayed in transit. For the store, this means the parcel has a delivered status but wasn't scanned in the warehouse.
RTS (return to sender) – this parcel status indicates that the parcel was not delivered to the recipient and is being returned to the sender. This type of FTID is used for parcels sent to you from a store. For the store, this means that the parcel was not delivered to the customer for various reasons and is being returned to the store.
FTIDNA (fake tracking did not arrive) – the parcel status will indicate that the parcel was delivered to an address different from the original. Another name for FTIDNA is reroute. This type of FTID is used for parcels sent to you from a store. For the store, this means that the parcel was not delivered to the customer for various reasons and was delivered to a different address.

Replacement of the edited label with the original one by courier service employees during delivery. No refund is provided in this case.
No refunds are issued after the parcel has been shipped. We provide a maximum of two re-drops. If re-dropping with the old label is not possible, we may request a new label to achieve the desired result.

Label editing methods evolve continuously as courier fraud detection improves. Manual LIT may receive a delivered status. International FTIDs may be held at borders. Maximum number of re-drops is 2–3 attempts.
